If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by any court having competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, your use of the Services, and all related matters shall be governed solely by the domestic laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction.
