Professional Development

We keep our skills fresh by offering leadership and professional development opportunities. Training is facilitated by industry experts in a fun, interactive and supporting atmosphere. We have an annual education bursary that employees can use to further their development in their field. We also support employees pursuing opportunities for career growth within the organisation through internal transfers.

Our Parq Community

We work and play together. Whether we are dealers, servers, hosts or head office admin, we are friends as well as colleagues. We do tons of social things, like casual lunches on the seawall and corporate socials (like holiday parties and the Sun Run).
