Passionate in our desire to work with seasonal ingredients and locally sourced products, we work closely with local farmers, fishermen, and growers to develop crave-worthy menus for Honey Salt that represent the diverse flavours and hardworking growers of our beloved region.

Dinner Table Memories Turned Culinary Masterpiece

The first collaborative venture for renowned restaurateur Elizabeth Blau and her husband, award-winning Chef Kim Canteenwalla, Honey Salt is inspired by the couple’s passion for entertaining. Together, the couple is passionate in their desire to bring the freshest possible products to Honey Salt and have established and will continue to explore relationships with farmers, fishermen and growers who can provide the best meals possible.

Known to friends as having one of the largest libraries of cookbooks, when not in the kitchen, Chef Jason can be found researching and reading about the best restaurants and chefs from around the world.  Honing his skills at Vancouver’s Parallel 49, The Italian Osteria & Cheesebar, and Cactus Club Cafe, we are excited to have Jason Harper as Executive Chef of Honey Salt.
