Protecting your privacy is important Parq. This Privacy Notice explains how Parq collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you purchase a Parq Gift Card.

The Parq Gift Card program collects personal information from you for the following purposes:

To administer the Parq Gift Card program;
To manage our relationship with you and to provide Parq Gift Cards as requested; and

When an Parq Gift Card is purchased online, we collect email address information to send a purchase receipt and/or to send the gift card to the recipient as requested. We may also use your email to provide you with updates regarding the Parq Gift Card program and policies. You may always opt-out of receiving these emails and you may choose to have a receipt mailed to you and a physical gift card issued.
